Our journey started in 2012, and since then, we have grown into a community-driven organization dedicated to making a lasting impact in the South Central region. This is our story.

Our mission at Unity and Strength Inc. is to combat childhood obesity by empowering children with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to lead healthy lives. We are dedicated to fostering healthier futures through comprehensive programs in nutrition, physical fitness, and personal development.
